Got some major stalling today. I pulled it off at 4 minutes and it still had water in the brewer. I get milk chocolate and fruit right off the bat. Very tea like and very enjoyable.
Very different than yesterdays coffee but I do also enjoy it. I get slight hints of fruit and definitely Caramel. This falls somewhere in the middle for me. Not my favorite but definitely not my le...
I like this coffee a lot. Definitely a lighter tea like coffee, it was immediately peach on the first sip and as the temp has dropped I'm getting brightness and citrus. I don't find the honey here ...

I've adjusted a few things over the last day or so. Still getting a bit of stalling at the very end but overall a better brew. I definitely get the grape and brightness. I enjoyed this cup but so f...

I enjoyed this coffee. I definitely got the brightness with notes of fruit and a bit of cocoa nib bitterness at the end. I reverted back to my usual for pour over today but followed their 25g recip...
@David Wills yes! I'm getting significant stalling since starting the advent calendar. I've posted asking a few time for some tips on the grind setting on my opus. I assumed it was the grind settin...
Day 5! Brewed this the same as all the previous days just adjusted the grind size to get the desired brew time. If anyone has any tip on how to deal with the stalling I'm getting or opus gri...
Day 3! Im not entirely sure why I keep getting a stall at the last pour from 300 to 400g brewed in a Kalita wave 185. I definitely get citrus notes and it's definitely very juciy. I cer...
Day 2! Followed the brew guide posted. It's my first time doing the heavy pour to 200 down the center. I'm brewing with a kalita wave 185, grinding with the fellow opus set currently at 8.3 (n...
This is my first year fully in the deep end of specialty and craft coffee. I'm stoked to brew my way through December with the advent calendar. Framily is exactly what I expected, approachable and ...
