Store in a cool, dry place until open, then store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using. Measure and follow recipe recommendations and adjust to taste.

The shelf life before opening is one year from the date of production. Use within two weeks of opening for best flavor experience.

Extractions are made as an actual extraction, meaning that a batch of ground coffee is brewed similar to an espresso machine. Hot water is used to extract to a percentage and then stopped. It is not a normal brew and dehydrated, as some concentrates are. From there, the coffee is bottled and pasteurized using thermal heat profiling, similar to what’s used in craft beer. The only ingredients used are coffee and water.

The ingredients are only coffee and water. At this time we do not have a Kosher certificate (although hopefully we will someday!)

Extractions are used as a concentrate to be used as an ingredient in other beverages. Example:
Extractions + hot water = coffee
Extractions + milk = latte.

Our recommendation is to use 1oz of Extractions for 6-8oz liquid. Adjust to taste. This can be used hot or iced.

We recommend using more Extractions when mixed with milk, as the coffee flavor will more likely reflect what coffee and milk beverage should taste like. However you should use Extractions to taste.
