White chocolate often gets a bad rap for being overly sweet and bland. However, it can be a great canvas for other flavors. Generally, white chocolate is typically comprised of sugar, milk powder, and cocoa butter...the latter making it eligible to be chocolate. It's most often flavored with a bit of vanilla. Wanting to expand on the potential of this canvas, we opted for matcha as a cafe staple and beloved beverage that can showcase the efforts and skill of the tea growers.
