Hello, and thank you for your purchase. Because we have different kinds of items for sale on our website, we have several different return policies.
If your coffee beans arrive and don't fit your order, we will replace them within one week of the purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please email us with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item.
If your tea, chocolate or honey arrive and don't fit your order, we will replace them within two weeks of the original purchase date. If your order arrives and is different from what you ordered, please email us with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item. Please return them in their original condition.
For equipment and merchandise, we allow a 14-day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn't fit your needs, please email us and return your items to our store at:

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an email at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to OnyxCoffeeLab.com.

- Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store.
- For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name, and address.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective.
