This is our inaugural release of the Hachi Project- curated coffees from the famed Diego Bermudez. We first experienced this Chiroso during SCA at a chance cupping with Diego and his team. Unfortunately the coffee had sold out, but we reserved the upcoming harvest just for the Echelon program. While it is still a relatively unknown variety, Chiroso has garnered many awards after its inaugural win of the Cup of Excellence in 2020.
