The Flight "NEVER SETTLE" Onyx Coffee x J Collab
Lots of us start our mornings grinding beans or stirring up some instant while checking the snow reports. So when some skiers from Onyx Coffee Labs casually hit me up, I was all ears!
We got talking and the similarities between our brands blew my mind. We both do limited editions, collaborate with artists, and obsess over never settling for second best. These legends have "never settle" as their actual motto—how badass is that?!
One thing led to another and I was like, "Yo, why don't we collab? Create a ski graphic AND sell coffee together!" Lots of skiers love coffee, lots of coffee lovers love skiing, it’s a natural fit!
When I told Fank about this collaboration, his eyes lit up—being a Seattle native, this dude has been drinking coffee since he could walk! He instantly started sketching this vision of melting mountain glaciers flowing down into a trippy river mixed with coffee leaves and eventually transforming into Onyx's signature badass snake and skull. Leave it to a coffee fueled artist to "grind" out the sickest visual “blend” of mountain vibes with coffee culture.
