Onyx Coffee Academy: Coffee 101

Led by the Onyx Coffee Lab Education Team, this 2 hour course will equip the curious with a better rounded understanding of coffee theory, where coffee comes from, different processing methods, and how to use that knowledge to better find coffees that match their preferences. We will also be doing a coffee cupping, tasting through several different coffees from our catalog and learning how and why coffee professionals cup coffee in an engaging class-like setting.

Classes will take place in person at 2nd St. Studios in Rogers, Arkansas.
