This class builds on information in the Seed To Cup course. It covers Onyx's sourcing/buying practices, as well as the intention behind each blend and single-origin coffee offering Onyx carries. This class is taught by Jon Allen, the co-owner and coffee buyer of Onyx Coffee Lab.
