Seed To Cup

A lecture class discussing the chain of specialty coffee. Barista's will be introduced to fundamental steps, decisions and variables of producing, processing and preparing coffee. By looking at the chain of coffee, barista's will gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of their role within this chain.
