This will be our third year to work with our friends at the Hambela estate in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. We have visited their farm every year to date and have seen tremendous growth in both quality, volume and care for the community. This year the farm extended itself to become fully organic and has cupped extremely high. We contracted both the washed and natural option of the Buku lots. We expect this to be a long term staple for Onyx serving pristine high quality clean Ethiopians. We are extremely excited to share with you our friends coffee.

Making a coffee for espresso is like taking its flavor and putting it under a microscope. The idea in Ozark Copper is that "less is more." We use the innate citric and malic acids of East Africans and blend them with heavy bodied South Americans, creating a deep, dark cherry with an extremely-smooth cocoa espresso.
