Cometeer coffee consistently achieves optimal total dissolved solids count and extraction levels.
Immediately after extraction, a liquid nitrogen shower locks in the exceptional freshness and flavor at -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Through this very fast and extremely cold step, Cometeer tastes fresh-brewed for months and months and months. With no preservatives. Our ingredients are coffee and water!"
SUSTAINABILITY
The sustainability of capsule driven coffees, or lack thereof, has kept us holding this model at arms length for quite awhile. When Cometeer showed us their sustainability efforts we were impressed with the lengths they've gone to for the sake of their sustainability and fueled to join them in this partnership. These capsules have no coffee grounds in them so they are fully recyclable. No need to rinse out any grounds, simply direct recycle each capsule. With a 24 month shelf-life there's less waste from poor brewing (not that you would know) and you'll never make too much. Not only that but Cometeer sends all spent grinds from their coffee to a local composting company.
SOUTHERN WEATHER
Southern Weather embodies everything we love about specialty coffee and has evolved into a foundational blend. We brew this in our own cafes as a “House” filter option and love how it balances the relationship between modern citric acidity flavors with full bodied chocolates. This comfortable, yet surprisingly complex and sophisticated coffee is approachable to all. ETHIOPIA NANO GENJI
The Nano Genji micro-lot from Western Ethiopia has become an early Summer staple. Coffee from the Agaro region is the first sign of fresh East African coffees to arrive in North America and subsequently, our roastery.
