Onyx Barista Tip: Pair with a single origin coffee from Ethiopia. Preferably a washed process coffee from Guji or Yirgacheffe for a complementary acidity and sweetness.
Ingredients: all-purpose flour (wheat), white sugar, buttermilk (dairy), butter (dairy), eggs, lemon juice, poppyseed, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, vanilla bean.
