THE ROASTERY

It's 2023 and we have boots on the ground sourcing coffees for the year. While its Winter here at home, East Africa is in full harvest. We'll be soon traveling through Kenya and Ethiopia to cup through hundreds of micro-lots and meet with producing partners and cooperatives for purchasing. Small releases of Colombia and Late Harvest Ethiopia are also hitting the roastery now.

TEA

New Teas are launching this week now in sachets. We've taken weighing to the tenth of a gram out of your hands so that each cup is perfect. We suggest trying Onyx Tealight which has organic oats and honey along with black tea and cinnamon to create a complex sweetness and silky mouthfeel tea experience.

ECHELON SEASON 2

Season 2 is here with new options in 2023! OPTION 1: FULL MEMBERSHIP As a full member, you will be provided with not only a year of the world's best coffee, but also all the equipment and ways control every aspect of brewing, even down to the water chemistry. OPTION 2: COFFEE ONLY MEMBERSHIP This year we are expanding the Echelon program to offer a coffee only option. This is a very exclusive and limited project due to the fact that sourcing these rare coffees is an arduous and extremely delicate process.

Butter Croissants

Butter Croissants are what our bakery is known for. These immaculate croissants are made fresh daily by first creating the dough and then laminating in pure butter sourced from New Zealand, which consists of painstakingly folding butter into the dough, over and over again creating micro layers of buttery flakey perfection. All pastry is made with the highest quality ingredients and baked fresh daily at our Headquarters in Rogers, Arkansas.

PRO-TIP: These make ridiculously good sandwiches. Leave the plastic bag of bread at the store and order a dozen for home use.
