Banana Bread Loaf
Few things pair with a rich black coffee better than a thick slice of fresh banana bread, warmed with salted cultured butter running down the side. You know it’s true.. We baked dozens of fresh loaves a week for our own cafes and now you can have more than a slice. Most snackers get between eight and twelve slices per loaf depending on how hungry you are…
PRO-TIP: Balanced in sweetness and moist in texture we suggest taking the outer dark crust and dunking it into your coffee.
Ingredients: bananas, flour (wheat), white sugar, oil (canola), eggs, brown sugar, butter (dairy), baking soda, cinnamon (ground), salt, vanilla (bean).
