Grown between 1400-2000 meters by smallholders in the Arusha region. Varieties of Bourbon, Kents, Typica, Blue Mountain and is washed and sun-dried. Sweet cedar, soy nut, and citric tasting notes.
Grown by the Kokoa Kamili co-op in the Morogoro region. Trinitario and Criollo varieties harvested between August - November. Box fermentation in locally sourced and constructed eucalyptus three-tier boxes and then dried on raised tables.
