Grown at 1350 meters in the Nanegal region by Henry & Verena Gaibor on Rancho Tio Emilio. This Typica is washed. Chocolate, lemon, floral, toffee, and citric tasting notes.

 

Cacao: 
Grown on Vicente Norero's estate Camino Verde in the Guayaquil region. Neo-Nacional variety harvested between October - December. Bag fermented in a temperature/humidity controlled room and then sun-dried. Floral and fruit tasting notes.
